    Description

Tourist guide that appears to have been given to Bermuda visitors.  Sold a more comprehensive guide previously that was stored with this one and that one was dated from the late 1930s.
Believe this one is from the same time period, though it could be from the 1940s.  No dates are referenced in the guide but there is a pullout map with 28 hotels and guest houses featured.  By doing a little research about a few of them it appears the latest this guide would be from is in the mid 1940s, given that The Reefs hotel is not shown and it opened in 1947, and given that most larger hotels were featured I would think it would have been included if it had been in existence.
Also, The Hamilton Hotel is featured but it was destroyed by fire in 1955.  So the absolute latest this would be from is around 1956.
Guide is mostly black and white (blue and white) with a number of photos that match the time frame.  Covers and front page are in color.  Also still attached is a pullout folded 4 panel color detailed map with the featured hotels on the other side.
