WINDWARD FEEDER WHIRLIGIG...22.5" PROPELLER BLADE... 13.75", HANDMADE,. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
The Windward Feeder whirligig has a hub with 4 blades. The wind turns the blades and the bird moves up and down within the feeder.  If desired, bird food can be placed in the feeder to attract birds.
Hand-split, octagonal wooden shingles 3/4" x 1-1/2" Eastern White Pine are applied to the feeder...using exterior glue and brass finish escutcheon pins.
Some assembly is required...Instructions for attaching the 4-blade hub is included.
All of my whirligigs' bodies are cut from pine and wings from finnish birch, painted with exterior acrylic paint, and sealed with Polyshield Hydrocote...a weather resistant protectant.  I use brass hardware (screws, washers, bearing, propeller and pivot tubes). High quality products are used to make my whirligigs more durable.  A 5-1/2 inch stainless steel nail and instructions for mounting are included.
