Please excuse the light glare in the photographs and lack of perfect centering in the picture frame.
Used condition with minor flaws
. The poster has creases where it folds (into quarters) and there are small, thin tears starting at the top and bottom centers (along the long vertical folding creases). These were carefully repaired with clear tape on the back. There are tiny thumb tack holes along the top and bottom edges/corners (mostly along the top). There is some minor surface marks/wrinkling on the poster, and small scuffs on the back (don't show on the front).
The poster also has a little discoloration on the white back from age, but the front is still very colorful.
Overall it's in nice shape for a collectible poster that is now well over 40 years old!

This poster is slightly bigger than the first one by an inch in each direction
(17" by 22")
. The poster depicts a promotion for the 1945 film starring Dave O'Brien and Kay Aldridge. It is a
mystery/thriller set in New York City
(the theatre district / Broadway Avenue),
with a maniac running around!

. It has some edge wear, a scuff on the back, and creases from where it folds into 8 sections.
