Description
Typical Swedish Köttbullar - meatballs and mushrooms in a delicious, creamy sauce. You will need 14 oz of ground meat , 5.3 oz of mushrooms and 1/2 cup of whipping cream .Preparation
-You will need 400 g ground meat ( pork beef or mixed ) meat, 250 g mushrooms and 100 ml whipping cream: 1) Season the ground meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g) and pepper and form 12 small balls. Clean and chop the mushrooms. 2) Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of hot oil over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them. 3) Push the meatballs to the edge of the pan. Add 350 ml of cold water and the whipping cream cream and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with potatoes and green peas.
