1) Cut the defrosted chicken in half.
Do not thaw frozen chicken legs.
Place with the cut side down on a baking sheet.
2) Mix the contents of the bag with 5 tablespoons of oil.

Fry the chicken in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection: 175 ° C) for 50 - 60 minutes until crispy.
