You will need 3 cutlets (turkey, pork or veal at 5.3oz each), ¼ cup Half & Half. Brown meat in a pan in hot oil. Remove & keep warm. Add 1 ¼ cup cold water & ¼ cup Half & Half to the pan. Stir in the package contents & bring to a boil. Stir constantly & let cook for 1 minute. Add meat back to the pan & heat thoroughly.
