Description
1974 Plymouth 'cuda – a solid car, runs strong, clean undercarriage, and clean interior. Non-smoking car. Always garaged, kept in temp controlled storage in winter. Past two years, it has not been driven much; I have started it regularly and moved it to clean it and take it out on short drives only. It has a slow rear axle leak, probably attributed to sitting most of the time.Hear it run on YouTube: It's an older video, but only one thing has changed to the body (see below). If the link below doesn’t work in this posting, simply do a search for “1974 plymouth cuda 360 4-speed” or paste the below link in a browser. It’s the video posted by C Johnson.

Numbers matching: No, it is not. It does have the original transmission. Engine: 360, not original, runs strong. I’ve had no engine work done, except occasional tune-ups. Transmission: 4-speed, it was rebuilt shortly after I bought it, along with the rear-end. Work was done at a reputable local shop. Ignition: MSD electronic ignition system. Electronic choke was installed for smooth idling. High amp alternator: installed to efficiently run the electric fan which was in the car when I bought it. Original alternator is available, if wanted. Other items replaced/added: Water pump, break booster, dip stick, chrome mirrors, many chrome-like trim pieces, black matte stripe, hood felt, ‘cuda floor mats, trunk liner, steering wheel and column. Wheels and tires: American Racing Equipment wheels and new tires. Other items you get with car: Cragar rims and tires (rims are nice), car cover, service manuals, service receipts, new carpet in the box that came with the car when I bought it (seems to be in good shape, but no guarantee), mechanic’s fender cover. The following are in working order inside the car and outside: turn signals, dome light, door locks, horn, mounted gauges, all lights, side markers. The fuel gauge had a few episodes when it wasn’t reading, but mostly it functions fine. Body condition: Original floors still in place and no rust under the car. Frame rails and everything else under the car is rust free. Trunk is in good shape (see picture), no spare in trunk. At some point in this car’s past, body work was done, but not done to a professional standard. See pictures: granules in paint, some cracks along roof line and on top of dr. side quarter panel, crack on pass. side by rear window. Car is missing the driver’s side fender inside wheel housing. All in all, I keep it clean and waxed and, while not a show car, it is a fun driver receiving many compliments. THE CHANGE I MENTIONED: A careless driver hit me, damaging the trunk tail piece trim and putting a small dent in the quarter panel in the stripe (see pictures). CONTACT ME: I’ve tried my best to include all noteworthy items on this car. I will reply to all email inquiries through ebay, so feel free to ask questions. Serious inquiries only, please; U.S. bidders only.
